Job Descrption For Escrow

1. Fund transfers & processing of the transactions after necessary approvals and closely liaising with banks.
2.  Monitoring of shares of the clients and sending the daily share monitoring reports to the respective clients after the necessary calculations.
3.  Managing the portfolio of the clients, providing daily valuations.
4. Dealing with the queries of lenders and borrowers regarding the transactions.
5. Issuing NOCs to the clients as per the requirements.
6.  Monitoring interest payments as per the schedule and following up with clients.
7. Creating Share pledges & release of shares and liaising with the D.P.
