• Reviewing, advising and assisting in the execution of transaction/security documents, compliance with the registration of charges as specified under Companies Act,2013.
• Monitoring Security Covenants
• Monitoring Financial Covenants
• Make an entry into the Covenants Monitoring System
• Assistance to seniors in timely completing tasks
• Visiting offices of clients on behalf of the company.
