Job Descrption For AIF- Operation

1. Reviewing draft documents to be executed for the transaction;
2.  Liaising with Legal counsels, issuer companies for finalization of drafts and other transaction related issues;
3. Taking care of all the compliances as per the transaction documents;
4. ROC forms review, Cersai filing, software updation in timely manner;
5. Adhering to the applicable Circulars and regulations.
6. Catering to the request of the Issuer and Investor.
7. Responsibilities include preparing loan applications, evaluating clients’ financial information and calculating risk ratios.
8. He will help our clients acquire loans in a timely manner, while ensuring we comply with the law.
