Job Descrption For Assistant Manager – Compliance
- Update different modules of ERP with latest data input.
- Monitoring of certain SEBI compliances by issuer companies on daily basis and reporting of the same.
- Checking website of Regulators and collect data for ERP update.
- Handling emails related to data and Compliance. To understand the terminology and implications of certain events relating to Trusteeship business.
- Interacting with issuer companies with regard to various compliance through email / phone
- Preparing Reports directly from ERP or based on data from ERP.
- Updating/Uploading documents on website for various compliances.
- Sending emails to regulators for compliances.
- Maintaining MIS related to compliances/trackers related to NCD’s.
