Job Descrption For Assistant Manager – Compliance

  1. Update different modules of ERP with latest data input.
  2. Monitoring of certain SEBI compliances by issuer companies on daily basis and reporting of the same.
  3. Checking website of Regulators and collect data for ERP update.
  4. Handling emails related to data and Compliance. To understand the terminology and implications of certain events relating to Trusteeship business.
  5. Interacting with issuer companies with regard to various compliance through email / phone
  6. Preparing Reports directly from ERP or based on data from ERP.
  7. Updating/Uploading documents on website for various compliances.
  8. Sending emails to regulators for compliances.
  9. Maintaining MIS related to compliances/trackers related to NCD’s.
