Job Descrption For Debenture Trustee

  1. Should have an experience of Bank, Demat & Custody account opening.
  2. Should be able to handle banking operations, payments.
  3.  Should have knowledge of Mutual fund investments, redemptions.
  4.  Should have knowledge of SEBI Regulations & Circulars (specially for an AIF)
  5. Must be able to handle AIF, Escrow & ESOP operations independently
  6. Liaison with clients for compliance requirements with respect to AIF, ESOP
  7. Ensure timely filing of compliance reports by the Investment Managers with SEBI
  8. Follow up for Trusteeship fees from the client.
  9. Monthly reporting of foreign remittance made from the Trust account in accordance to the RBI Guidelines and also supporting legal and compliance aspects of the Company.
  10. Ready to travelling for the execution of legal documentation across India and ensuring the custody of Original documents with the Custodians
  11. Taken care of entire corporate action process including dematerialisation, transfer of shares, pledge confirmation
  12. Knowledge of Tally (will be added advantage)
