Job Description For Manager- Public Relation

  1. Planning Business Development strategies and campaigns
  2. Writing and producing presentations & promotional material (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
  3. Write and edit in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports
  4. Maintain and update information on the organization’s website
  5. Manage and update information and engage with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook, linkedin and Twitter and Facebook and website
  6. Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings
  7. Undertake research for new business proposals and present them to potential new clients
  8. Dealing with enquiries from the client, Vendor, and stake holders
  9. Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities for clients
  10. Organizing and attending promotional events
  11. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management
  12. Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress

  14. Liaising with clients, managerial staff about budgets, timescales and objectives
